Manage conflict intelligently
When a matter reaches the courts or arbitration, the value lies not only in litigation but also in understanding the substance of the issue better than anyone else. We combine efficient conflict management with a deep mastery of the subject matter.

Litigation and protection
We analyze the constitutionality and legality of legislative, regulatory, and public policy measures, and chart the course of action—negotiation, advocacy, or litigation. We file injunctions against sanctions imposed by antitrust authorities and other regulators, and we litigate in administrative courts against adverse rulings. We act as expert witnesses in legal and economic matters.
Arbitration
We participate as arbitrators in national and international commercial disputes, especially in complex matters related to regulated sectors or public law.

We prepare legal and economic expert reports for use in litigation and arbitration in Mexico and abroad. We analyze potential violations of investment treatment disciplines (such as expropriation, national treatment, most-favored-nation treatment, or fair and equitable treatment) contained in international treaties signed by Mexico.
